Britney Spears has been ordered by a court to pay her ex Mr. Federline $375,000 to cover the legal fees of their child custody case say sources.
LA courts Scott Gordon has ruled Britneys' actions led to many delays in the proceedings, according to the AP.
Kevins attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, asked at one point for nearly $500,000 to cover the fees
The singers' attorney, Stacy Phillips, said that Mr. Kaplan was over-charging.
The two were divorced this past July after being married for three years.
Kevin was won primary custody of the kids, two-year-old Sean Preston and Jayden James, aged one, this past October.
In the mean time a judge extended a restraining order against Sam Lutfi, Britneys' "former manager," for one month.
The pop stars' Dad, Jamie, currently controls the 26-year-old singer's personal and business affairs.
In Feb., an LA judge ordered Sam not go within 250 yards of Miss Spears.
Brits' mom Lynne has sayed that Mr Lutfi had drugged her Britney, cut her phone off and taken control of her money.
